Welcome to ADT Fencing & Groundworks. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. General Overview

These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by ADT Fencing & Groundworks, including but not limited to fencing installations, patio laying, groundwork, landscaping, and general building renovations.

2. Estimates and Quotes

All quotes are provided free of charge and without obligation.
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.
Any unforeseen issues discovered during the works (e.g., poor soil conditions, hidden utilities) may result in revised quotations, which will be discussed with the client before proceeding.

3. Payment Terms

A deposit may be required prior to the commencement of any works to cover the initial cost of materials. The balance is to be paid in full upon the satisfactory completion of the agreed work. We accept bank transfers and major credit/debit cards. Late payments may incur additional charges.

4. Site Access and Preparation

The client must ensure that the site is accessible for our team, machinery, and material deliveries. While we take every care to protect existing structures, plants, and lawns, ADT Fencing & Groundworks cannot be held responsible for unavoidable damage caused by required machinery access.

5. Liability

We hold full public liability insurance. However, we are not liable for any delays in completion due to adverse weather conditions, material shortages from suppliers, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

6. Guarantees

We pride ourselves on the quality of our workmanship. Specific guarantees for materials and labor will be outlined in your final contract or invoice. These guarantees do not cover damage caused by severe weather, intentional damage, or lack of proper maintenance post-installation.
